一、我们收集的信息

我们会遵循合法、正当、必要和诚信原则，仅收集实现功能所必需的信息。

1.1 您主动提供的信息

• 账户与登录：当您使用 通过 Apple 登录时，我们可能从 Apple 接收 授权标识与用户标识符（具体字段以 Apple 返回为准）；若您授权，我们可能收到 姓名、电子邮件地址等用于创建账户或客服联络。
• 兑换码：若您输入兑换码，我们会记录核销所需的信息（如码值哈希或核销记录），以便防止欺诈与对账。
• 客服与反馈：您通过邮件、表单或应用内渠道提交的 联系方式与沟通内容。

1.2 我们自动收集的信息

• 设备与日志：如设备型号、操作系统版本、应用版本、语言与地区、粗略网络状态、崩溃日志与诊断信息（用于保障安全稳定运行）。（若接入第三方统计或崩溃 SDK，须在「第三方 SDK」一节列出名称与隐私链接，并与 App Store Connect 隐私标签一致。）

1.3 与您使用核心功能相关的信息

• 生成任务相关：为实现 AI 图像生成，我们会处理您提交的 文本提示词、您选择的 模板 / 参数（如比例、清晰度档位、张数等），以及您选择的 参考图（若您使用图生图或上传参考图）。
• 作品与历史：我们会在服务端为您保存 任务记录与生成结果引用（例如图片访问地址或存储键），以便您在「作品」或历史中查看与管理；保存期限见下文「存储期限」。
• 积分与订单：为完成计费与对账，我们会处理 积分余额变动、订单标识、订阅状态摘要（与 Apple IAP 相关的标识通常由 Apple 体系生成）。

1.4 相册权限（系统权限）

在征得您同意后，我们可能请求：

• 读取相册：用于 从相册选择图片（例如头像或参考图），用途与系统弹窗说明一致。
• 写入相册：用于 将生成图片保存到您的相册。

您可随时在系统设置中关闭授权；关闭后可能影响对应功能，但不影响您使用无需该权限的其他功能（若有）。

二、我们如何使用 Cookie 与同类技术

若我们的网站或 WebView 页面使用 Cookie 或本地存储，将用于保持登录态、偏好设置与安全风控。移动应用本体主要不通过浏览器 Cookie 收集信息；如有 Web 组件，以页面内提示为准。

三、我们如何委托处理、共享与披露

我们不会出售您的个人信息。仅在下列情形下，我们可能共享、转让或披露信息：

1. 模型与云服务：为完成 AI 生成，我们需要将 必要的提示词、参数与参考图传输至 境外或境内的模型网关 / 云计算服务商进行处理与推理。我们会通过合同与安全措施约束受托方，并要求其仅在提供服务所需范围内处理。
2. Apple：当您使用 Sign in with Apple 或 App Store 内购时，相关信息处理同时受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
3. 支付与风控：与 IAP、欺诈防范、合规审计相关的必要信息共享给 Apple 或我们委托的合规服务商。
4. 依法披露：根据法律法规、诉讼、监管机关合法要求，我们可能披露必要信息。

跨境传输：若您的个人信息确需出境，我们将遵守适用法律（例如通过国家网信部门安全评估、标准合同或其他合法机制），并在必要时征得您的单独同意或进行公示。

四、我们与 Apple Sign in 的关系说明

当您选择通过 Apple 登录时：

• Apple 会向我们提供完成认证所需的令牌或标识符；
• 我们可能使用 Apple 提供的邮箱中继地址与您联系（若适用）；
• 关于 Apple 侧数据处理，请参阅 Apple 官方隐私说明。

五、存储地点与期限

1. 存储地点：原则上存储于中华人民共和国境内（具体机房与云服务商区域以实际提供服务为准）；如涉及跨境，见上文「跨境传输」。
2. 期限：我们在实现目的所必需的期限内保存信息，包括但不限于：
   • 账户存续期间保存账户与积分必要数据；
   • 法律法规要求的留存期（如会计、税务、电子商务相关记录）；
   • 超出期限的信息将删除或匿名化，除非法律要求延长留存。

六、我们如何保护信息安全

我们采取符合业界实践的管理与技术措施（如传输加密 HTTPS、访问控制、最小权限原则等）保护您的信息。没有任何系统能保证绝对安全；若发生可能影响您权益的事件，我们将按法律要求告知您并向主管部门报告（如适用）。

七、您的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，您可行使：

• 查阅、复制您的个人信息；
• 更正、补充不准确的信息；
• 删除个人信息（法律法规规定的例外情形除外）；
• 撤回同意（不影响撤回前基于同意已进行的处理活动的效力）；
• 注销账户（路径以应用内为准）；
• 限制或拒绝处理（在特定法域条件下适用）；
• 解释说明我们如何处理您的个人信息。

您可通过 service@miooc.cn（邮件主题请注明「个人信息权利请求」）向我们提出申请。我们将在 15 个工作日内答复（复杂情形可能延长并告知理由）。

八、未成年人保护

本服务主要面向成年人。若您为 未满十四周岁的儿童监护人，请勿在未同意本政策的情况下允许儿童使用。若我们发现无意间收集了儿童个人信息，将尽快删除。如您认为我们可能持有儿童信息，请联系我们。

九、第三方 SDK

我们可能嵌入为实现特定功能所必需的第三方 SDK。我们以表格形式在官网或应用内维护 SDK 名称、提供方、使用目的、收集字段与隐私政策链接，并与 App Store Connect「App 隐私」问卷保持一致。

我们可能适时修订本政策。重大变更时，我们将通过 应用内提示、弹窗或公告等方式通知您。若您继续使用服务，即视为接受更新后的政策。

We, the operator of Zoovis (here, “We”), explain how we handle information when you use the Zoovis app and related services, and what choices you may have.

Read this Policy before use. If you disagree, stop using the services. Continued use generally means you consent within the scope described—except where stricter mandatory local law applies, in which case that law prevails.

1. Information we collect

We collect data lawfully, fairly, and only as needed for stated functions.

1.1 You provide

• Account / Sign in with Apple: authorisation IDs and user identifiers from Apple (exact fields per Apple); your name or email if you authorise them for account or support.
• Redemption codes: data such as hashes or ledger entries for fraud prevention and reconciliation.
• Support: contact details and message content you send by email, forms, or in-app channels.

1.2 Automatic collection

• Device & diagnostics: model, OS/app versions, language/region, coarse network, crash/diagnostic data. If analytics/crash SDKs are added, list them in Section 9 and align App Store Connect “App Privacy”.

1.3 Core features

• Generation: prompts; template/parameter choices (aspect ratio, quality tier, batch count, etc.); reference images if used.
• Works & history: job records and references to generated assets (URLs/keys) so you can review them; retention in Section 5.
• Credits & orders: credit movements, order IDs, subscription summaries (Apple IAP identifiers typically originate with Apple).

1.4 Photo library access

With consent we may request:

• Read Photos to pick images (avatar/reference), per the system permission text.
• Add Photos to save outputs to your library.

You can revoke permissions in Settings; features that depend on them may stop working.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Web or embedded pages may use cookies/storage for sessions, preferences, or security. The native app generally does not rely on browser cookies; any web component should show its own notice.

3. Processors, sharing, and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing may occur to:

1. Run AI inference with model/cloud partners (domestic or cross-border) under contracts and security measures—only minimum necessary content.
2. Operate Apple Sign-in or IAP under Apple’s privacy terms.
3. Support payments, fraud prevention, and compliance reviews with Apple or processors.
4. Respond to lawful requests from regulators or courts.

Cross-border transfers follow applicable mechanisms (assessments, standard contracts, supplementary measures, etc.) and any required consent or notice.

4. Relationship with Apple Sign-in

Apple provides tokens/identifiers; we may use relay email when offered. See Apple’s documentation for Apple-controlled processing.

5. Storage location and retention

1. Data is generally stored in Mainland China (regions follow actual deployment); cross-border aspects refer to Section 3.
2. We keep data while accounts are active and for periods required by law (finance, tax, e-commerce, etc.), then delete or anonymise unless longer retention is legally required.

6. Security

We use administrative and technical measures (HTTPS, access control, least privilege). No system is perfectly secure; where the law requires, we will notify you and authorities about incidents that may affect you.

7. Your rights

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, copies, correction, deletion (with exceptions), withdrawal of consent (without undoing prior lawful processing), account deletion, restriction/objection, or explanations.

Contact service@miooc.cn with subject Personal privacy request. We usually respond within 15 business days, or explain any extension.

8. Minors

The service is mainly for adults. Guardians of children under 14 should not allow use without accepting this Policy. If we learn we collected a child’s data unintentionally, we will delete it promptly—contact us if you believe we hold such data. If the product is aimed at minors, separate rules and parental consent must be reviewed by counsel.

9. Third-party SDKs

We maintain a table (in-app or on the site) listing SDK names, vendors, purposes, data collected, and privacy links, consistent with App Store Connect.

We may update this Policy. For material changes we will use prominent in-app prompts, dialogs, or notices. Continued use after updates generally means you accept the revised Policy.
